Please be advised that effective March 3, 2025, Dr. John-Michael Maxwell’s practice will be moved from LA Medical clinic to Millet Medical Clinic. His patients can book with him at 780-393-0040. At this time, the physicians at LA Medical will not be able to take on any of his patients who choose not to move clinics.
